Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026.

This website is run by Zam's Swamp Tour. We keep things simple: this site has no accounts and doesn't sell anything online.

Booking and contact form

When you send a request from our booking page, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, preferred date, party size and message. We use it only to answer your request and arrange your tour. Your request is emailed to our team, and we email you a confirmation. We keep a record of requests so none get lost, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.

To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending the form. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy.

Analytics

We use two privacy-friendly analytics tools to count visits and see which pages are useful. Neither one uses cookies or tracks you across other websites.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and load times. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Umami is a self-hosted analytics tool that counts page views and button clicks, such as "Call to book". It stores no personal information.

Video, maps and social links

The homepage plays VICE’s Local Legends video about ZZ from YouTube, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The About page also lets you play it after you click. See Google’s privacy policy.

Our Visit page shows a Google map. Google may collect information when the map loads; see Google's privacy policy. Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

Calls and emails

If you call or email us to book, we use your details only to handle your reservation. To have your request record deleted, call or email us.
